Looking for Great Food and Elegant Ambience? Mumbai Fast in Thane West has got You Covered.

Recently I visited the newly opened restaurant in Thane and I was awestruck by the elegance and food at this place. Located in the exquisite Vihangs Palm Club of Thane West, Mumbai Fast is a casual dining restaurant. The restaurant has beautiful, yet elegant interiors with calming hues. The seating is very spacious.

Coming to Food & Beverages, here’s what I ordered –

Szechuan Style Hot & Sour Soup: Mildly spiced yet very comforting during winters, this soup is a perfect start to the evening meals. It was full of exotic veggies and cottage cheese. As far as quantity is concerned, it was quite a big bowl of soup, and would recommend ordering 1 by 2 instead of having the whole bowl.

Pineapple & Kafir Lime Mocktail: A combination of pineapple juice spiced with thai ginger and kafir lime, this mocktail is a very refreshing accompaniment to your meals. Whether you opt for Indian or continental, this drink will compliment any meal.

Veg Crystal Dumpling: The appearance of this appetizer is a real beauty – Colorful and crystal-looking dumplings! It was filled with finely chopped exotic veggies and served along with three dips. Sweet chili was my most favorite among the three.

  • Subz ki Galouti - Mumbai Fast

Subz ki Galouti: Slightly crisp from the outside and extremely soft from the inside, these kebabs tasted very delicious. It is served on a Chukandar i.e. Beetroot warqi paratha i.e a partly crisp paratha along with Green Chutney and onions. The menu describes that there is green thecha in the dish, but I couldn’t find the flavors of thecha in the entire dish. Loved the taste of this appetizer.

Spicy Peri Peri Paneer Pizza: A thin crust pizza topped with tomato sauce, diced paneer, onion, capsicum, and mozzarella cheese. Taste-wise this pizza is mindblowing and it’s quite filling too.

  • Mexican Churros at Mumbai Fast

Mexican Churros: Thane barely has any place that serves churros. Hence I was very excited about having churros after a very long time and Mumbai Fast did not disappoint. Perfectly fried churros, dusted with cinnamon powder and sugar, it was served along with Nutella and Whipped cream. Mom loved the combination of churros+whipped cream+nutella. So yes, it’s a mom-approved dessert!

To summarize, the portion size of the food served is too good, unlike other luxury restaurants! Prices are a little on the mid-higher side but affordable when it comes to the quantity served. Service is top-notch.

I visited @momostreetindia in Virar yesterday for I visited @momostreetindia in Virar yesterday for lunch and here's how my experience about the food was.

Let's start with the veg steamed momos. These were absolutely delicious! The momos had a perfectly steamed outer layer, which was soft and delicate. The filling was a perfect mix of vegetables and spices that were flavorful and not too overpowering. The accompanying dipping sauce was also tasty and complemented the momos well.

Moving on to the chicken crispy momos, these were also fantastic. The momos were crispy on the outside, and the chicken filling was juicy and good. The combination of the crispy exterior and the tender filling made for an excellent texture.

Next up were the veg spring rolls, and I must say, these were some of the best I've had! The rolls were crispy on the outside and had a delicious mix of veggies inside.

Last but not least were the tandoori fries. These were a delightful twist on classic fries! The tandoori seasoning on the fries was just the right amount, giving them a nice kick of flavor without being too spicy.

This outlet in Virar is a takeaway place but there are a few chairs kept outside if you want to enjoy your food there. The service is a bit slow as they prepare the food fresh in front of you.

Matcha is a finely ground powder made from green tea leaves. It's known for its vibrant green color and unique flavor profile, but it's also a powerhouse when it comes to health benefits.

One of the biggest benefits of matcha is its high concentration of antioxidants. These powerful compounds help protect your body from free radicals and oxidative stress, which can contribute to a wide range of chronic diseases.

Matcha also contains a unique amino acid called L-theanine, which is known for its calming effects on the mind and body. This makes matcha a great choice for those looking for a natural way to reduce stress and anxiety.

I had the pleasure of dining at Kerala Cafe today I had the pleasure of dining at Kerala Cafe today and I must say, the food was absolutely divine and comforting!

The Kerala Style Spinach Soup was a perfect start to the meal - it was flavorful and the crunch of ginger was so good.

The Thattukada Samosa was a very delicious onion stuffing samosa. Though not something I would recommend to have. My most favourite appetizer here is the Potatoe 65.

The Veg Unlimited Meal was a real standout - the combination of different curries and matta rice made for a satisfying and hearty meal. Their flavors are so good that it will leave you wanting for more.

And to top it off, the Tender Coconut Icecream was simply amazing - the perfect blend of sweetness and creaminess.

Overall, I highly recommend Kerala Cafe for anyone looking to experience authentic and delicious South Indian cuisine!
